WHY IT MAY FIT
Know your workout mix.
RECOVER offers a powder format for people who already want BCAAs and glutamine in their post-workout routine. Clear amounts help you compare it with the food and supplements you already use.†
A small trial found less soreness and improvements in some recovery measures after strenuous exercise with BCAAs.†
It used 20 g/day plus extra exercise-day doses, versus 4 g BCAAs per RECOVER preview serving. It does not prove RECOVER works; the broader evidence remains limited.

The product guide

01What it’s intended to do
Being developed for a post-workout routine. This powder provides branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, and valine), alongside glutamine and vitamin B6. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins.†
02What’s in the formula
The preview label separates 4 g of BCAAs from 1 g of glutamine. The combined 5 g is not 5 g of BCAAs. Honeydew/watermelon is the flavor in development.
NIH’s sports-supplement review describes limited evidence for BCAA and glutamine supplements. It is unclear whether BCAAs add muscle-building benefit beyond enough high-quality dietary protein. The review does not establish results for RECOVER.
This is an optional supplement to your nutrition and recovery habits. We do not promise faster recovery, less soreness, or improved performance from this formula. It does not replace adequate food, protein, rest, or training recovery time.
The current serving size is ½ scoop (6.5 g). Final mixing directions, flavor, and scoop information will be published before RECOVER launches.
05Before you take it
Check the full ingredients for your allergies. This preview includes sucralose and acesulfame potassium; check whether those sweeteners suit your preferences.
Discuss use with your clinician if you have a health condition, take medication, or already use sports supplements. Avoid doubling up without checking the ingredients and amounts.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a health condition, or take medication, check with a clinician before use. Keep supplements away from children. Do not use a product with a broken or missing safety seal.
These are key considerations, not a complete interaction or safety review. Follow your product’s complete label and your healthcare professional’s advice.
